In 2016, we were searching for a solution that would allow an improvement in living space while maintaining an adequate home-office within a modest budget. Erico quickly took this challenge. In very little time, he succeeded at selling our property at an advantageous price. He followed through with a plan to ensure we knew all our options in house styles, locations, financing, and other services we would require to complete our project. A few weeks later, we found the pearl and our project was on its way to a final and very positive conclusion.
